Before signing up for any services, you must read and agree to the following term and conditions. If you agree, follow the link at the bottom of this page to the sign-up page.

By ordering services from Sensible Web Hosting you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Sensible Web Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services if the account has been inappropriately used, or customer does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
Sensible Web Hosting is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of our service and does not allow storage of: including, but not limited to the following:
 | Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, graphic, or music files and any material in violation of any local, state, or country law. |
| Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. |
| Offensive Material - Any material which, at the discretion of Sensible Web Hosting, may cause reasonable offense or upset to others. (pornography, sites that promote hate, discrimination, etc.) |
The customer is liable to the fullest for all actions of any copyright or other infringements conducted on their sites and contents. The customer agrees that it shall defend, save and hold Sensible Web Hosting and its agents harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable lawyer's fees asserted against Sensible Web Hosting and its agents, its customers, officers and employees.
You acknowledge that Sensible Web Hosting does not pre-screen content, but
that Sensible Web Hosting and its designees shall have the right (but not the
obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is
available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Sensible Web Hosting
and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates these
terms and conditions, or is otherwise objectionable. You the customer agree that
you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content,
including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such
Content.
The use of our network to send bulk e-mail whether opt-in or otherwise, and the
use of commercial e-mail to promote a site either maintained by Sensible Web
Hosting or another party is strictly forbidden, and could result in your account
being deactivated without a refund.
If the bandwidth and/or webspace allocation set on your account is reached, Sensible Web Hosting will discuss with the customer what shall be done next. If the customer does not wish to purchase extra or upgrade account, and continues to exceed their limit, the account will be suspended until the customer has taken further measures to ensure the limit is not exceeded again.
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to the Sensible Web Hosting servers
or a customer of Sensible Web Hosting is strictly prohibited. Sensible Web
Hosting holds no responsibility for the use of our client's accounts. Any
account that abuses resources and actions are not taken to desist, calls for
immediate deactivation without any refund of payments made so far. Any site
using what Sensible Web Hosting deems to be using excessive CPU cycles or any
resources that cause strain to other sites may also be offered new terms.
Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network
under any circumstances.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, save and hold Sensible Web Hosting and its
agents harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable lawyer's fees asserted against Sensible Web Hosting, its
agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any
service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by
its customers, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend,
indemnify and hold harmless Sensible Web Hosting against liabilities arising out
of, but not limited to the following:
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise
distributed in connection with Sensible Web Hosting's server;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the
proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and
(4) any defective products sold to a customer from Sensible Web Hosting's
server.
While every effort is made to ensure that the servers on which
Sensible Web Hosting's accounts are stored on are continually available, there is always risk of server or
network down time. Sensible Web Hosting shall not be held responsible for any
loss of business due to server down time in the provision of its services.
The customer is responsible for providing Sensible Web Hosting reliable and
current contact information regarding his/her account. Sensible Web Hosting will
not share this information with a third party without the customers consent,
except if required by a law enforcement agency.
All payments are due for the specific month or year in advance. Payments are due
within 10 days of invoice. Payments may be made by check, Paypal, or
e-gold. Account can
be suspended for non-adherence to these terms.
There are no refunds given. If you want to 'try' a site, buy the one month plan to start, and then convert to a year payment.
There is no charge to change payment plans, or plan packages. The price you sign up for remains in effect for the duration of the account.
Sensible Web Hosting or its agents will not be responsible for any damages
your business may suffer. Sensible Web Hosting makes no warranties of any kind,
expressed or implied for services we provide. Sensible Web Hosting disclaims any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes
loss of data resulting from delays, non- deliveries, wrong delivery, lapse of
domain registration and any and all service interruptions caused by Sensible Web
Hosting and its employees. Sensible Web Hosting reserves the right to revise its
policies at any time.
These terms may be modified at any time and without notice.
All account owners, previous and new are always subject to the newest terms
posted here at all times.
